Japandi Master Bedroom

Architectural Visualization Project for an integrated Master Bedroom with an outdoor area, featuring Japandi-style decoration, located in the Jardins neighborhood in São Paulo.

Japandi, a term combining Japan and Scandi, is a style born from the intelligent fusion of Scandinavian design and Japanese culture, both renowned for their minimalist nature.

In Scandinavia, there's Hygge, a Nordic term that translates to a lifestyle valuing comfort, coziness, and the simple pleasures of everyday life. In Japan, there's the philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, where "Wabi" signifies simplicity, rusticity, and "Sabi" refers to the beauty of age, the wear and tear of time, bringing value to acceptance, transience, and the beauty of imperfection.

In practice, the application of these concepts translates into the harmony of using natural materials, cozy textures, handmade pieces, and soft colors, along with ample natural light and the integration of nature into the living spaces.
